La crisi c’è, si respira in ogni dove e nessuno ne fa più mistero…Le chiacchiere da bar ruotano tutte attorno a lei…ma invece di continuarne a parlare, non sarebbe più utile affrontarla?
Beh, nel nostro piccolo ogni giorno possiamo combattere questa malattia, basta aprire gli occhi ed afferrare il senso di alcune proposte anti-crisi, tutto sta nel saper accettare il cambiamento in modo attivo,propositivo…dobbiamo reinventarci!
Si tornerà all’epoca del baratto?
Non voglio assolutamente entrare in merito ad argomenti di politica, ammetto di non esserne in grado…di incompetenti ce ne sono già abbastanza, per cui tornando alle manovre anti-crisi a portata di persone normali, volevo proporvi un post che sta girando su Facebook di bacheca in bacheca…

Facciamo in modo che i nostri soldi arrivino a gente comune, che lavora seriamente e che ha bisogno di essere sostenuta e non alle multinazionali, così facendo saremo NOI a dare una mano alla nostra ripresa e molte più persone potranno vivere un Natale Sereno.
Si chiama compra a chilometri zero… o quasi….Se sei d’accordo copialo nella tua bacheca…”
Non mi sembra una cattiva iniziativa, voi che ne pensate?
E poi avete mai sentito parlare di Swap Party? Beh, Swap significa Barattare e a quanto pare l’antica tecnica dello scambio, sta tornando di gran moda, infatti queste serate swap sono considerate super fashion e qui a Roma sono sempre più frequenti. Ognuno porta i propri abiti, borse, scarpe, accessori in un luogo X e si baratta…Si passa una serata sicuramente divertente e senza dubbio utile, perchè in fondo, a costo zero ci si rifà il guardaroba. (Vi anticipo che presto dedicherò un post tutto sullo swap)
Altra mossa anti-crisi è quella sfruttata dal franchising “Il mercatino dell’usato”che in realtà nasce nel lontano 1995 ma trova il successo in questi ultimi anni.Questo pomeriggio insieme a mia madre, abbiamo deciso di fare un salto nello store più grande d’italia, 2000 mq di esposizione, siamo davvero curiose di capire di cosa si tratta e come funziona.
Quando si pensa all’usato, per analogia ci si immagina roba vecchia e da buttare…Sempre troppo spesso invece, buttiamo via le cose solo per cambiarle, perchè siamo stufi e non perchè siano realmente vecchie.
Quello che per me è usato, per un’ altra persona è nuovo, e infatti il mercatino si basa proprio su questa politica. “Il mercatino dell’usato” in Via Trionfale è pulito, moderno e luminoso. Ogni oggetto ha la propria collocazione specifica, i reparti sono numerosi e ben sistemati, si possono trovare libri, giocattoli, abbigliamento, accessori, cosmetici non usati, oggetti per la casa, per la cucina, mobili, elettrodomestici, quadri.
Ogni singolo oggetto ha il suo cartellino con il prezzo ben in vista e con la data di ingresso nel punto vendita (Dopo 30 giorni il prezzo si dimezza!)La cosa che più mi ha colpita è stato vedere la fila alla cassa e quella al bancone dedicato alla vendita. Tanta gente acquista e altrettanta vende. Per l’acquistare è tutto molto intuibile mentre per la vendita ho deciso di interrogare un responsabile, il quale mi ha spiegato che in maniera gratuita posso esporre i miei oggetti, che prima di tutto, verranno valutati dal personale e alla vendita si ricava una percentuale di guadagno sul prezzo concordato.

Le percentuali sono le seguenti: Il 50 % su abbigliamento, oggettistica,elettrodomestici, libri, piccoli mobili e giocattoli; il 60% su arredamento e vecchi mobili e il 75% su prodotti tecnologici, hi tech.
Ogni 30 giorni il prezzo viene dimezzato fin quando non si vende l’oggetto, infatti il contratto che sottopongono al momento del rilascio della propria merce, prevede che questa non venga restituita.

Ogni mese poi si riceve a casa la lista degli oggetti venduti (se venduti, ovviamente!) e dal momento in cui si riceve questa lettera che comprova l’avvenuta vendita, si può riscuotere il ricavo, direttamente presso il mercatino.
Si può vendere davvero di tutto…ma il personale è molto fiscale e non accetta qualasiasi cosa, sceglie accuratamente gli oggetti da esporre, in base alla vendibilità, allo stato e alla qualità… ho visto gente riportarsi a casa buste intere.
