Questa mattina, tutta Roma era in fibrilazione per il derby.
Il mio ragazzo era già entrato in clima pre-partita, e per sfogare la sua ansia e la mia golosità, abbiamo deciso di concederci una bella colazione domenicale.
Il meteo ha mantenuto le promesse ed ha sfoggiato un gran bel diluvio…Noi però l’abbiamo spuntata, scegliendo, appositamente,un posticino al chiuso.
Da “Tornatora”, un bar-pasticceria nei pressi di Viale Marconi, ci si ingrassa anche solo a guardare la vetrina.
Tante dolcezze in bella mostra, parecchia gente al bancone, ma tutto sommato i posti a sedere non mancano.
Ci prendiamo:
– 2 cappuccini (2,40 Euro)
– 1 saccottino alla nutella (0,90 Euro)
– 1 ciambella (0,90 Euro)
– 1 maritozzo con la panna (1,30 Euro)
Totale 5,50 Euro.
Ci mettono le paste in un piattino e aspettiamo un pò per i cappuccini, poi scegliamo un tavolino e ci accomodiamo. Il cappuccino è proprio come piace a noi, tanta morbida schiuma e caldo al punto giusto,il saccottino tiepido e fragrante con la nutella calda che dà quel tocco in più.
Leggera e gustosa la ciambella, per non parlare del maritozzo con la panna che straripa.
E’ stata proprio una colazione da campioni, tanti zuccheri e una sana chiacchierata al caldo.
Tornatora sicuramente non è una scoperta, più che altro è una conferma…nasce nel 1979 e ad oggi è uno dei locali più rinomati.

Oltre alla colazione, offre la possibilità di pranzare in modalità self service e per chi ama un happy hour bello carico, qui di sicuro non resterebbe a bocca asciutta.
Tutto positivo tranne la situazione parcheggio, purtroppo la zona è tra le più trafficate e prima di trovare un angolo per la macchina di tempo ne passa, ma se si è tenaci sicuramente ne vale la pena!!!
