Senza rinunciare alla genuinità e alla linea, ci possiamo preparare una bella frittatona al forno, gli ingredienti di sicuro li troviamo già nel nostro frigo e possiamo decidere a nostro piacimento come rendere la “souffleina”più sfiziosa per il nostro palato.
La “souffleina”(frittatina che non si gira) è uno dei piatti salvavita, rapido e che non sporca, sarà pronto da mangiare non appena avrà formato una croccante crosticina nella parte superiore.

a) Non abbiamo tempo? La preparazione è veloce
b) Siamo poco pratici tra i fornelli? Perfetto si cucina da sè!
c) Non vogliamo sporcare la cucina?Niente di meglio…
La definiamo “souffleina” perchè è a metà tra il soufflè e la frittata, è la prima frittata che non va girata, perché ci pensa il forno a cuocere sopra e sotto ed inoltre possiamo sbizzarrirci, creando ogni volta sapori diversi, perchè all’interno del composto base della frittata al forno (uova-sale-latte), possiamo inserire qualsiasi ingrediente…
Se ci sono avanzate verdure, formaggi o insaccati non esitiamo, qualsiasi cosa all’interno della “Souffleina” assumerà un gusto prelibato!

La faccio anche io qualche volta, è più leggera e digeribile della classica frittata… di solito ci metto del prosciutto cotto sminuzzato assieme a del formaggio brie… oppure con quello che ho nel frigo… è buonissima 🙂
