Non c’è niente da fare, il meteo ormai non si sbaglia più…ci ha promesso acqua e il cielo non parla d’ altro. Ma cosa possiamo aspettarci di diverso, domani è Pasqua e poi c’è Pasquetta e ovviamente, non penserete mica di passarla senza pioggia? Io ancora incrocio le dita nella speranza di vedere spuntare uno spiraglio di sole, ma questa mattina per fortuna, nonostante il cielo cupo, ho trovato i miei ingredienti per rallegrare la giornata.
Prendete una cuginetta di 5 anni, tutta sorridente, aggiungeteci la sua voglia di giocare ed ecco il risultato.
“A che cosa giochiamo? Ti va di giocare? A che cosa possiamo giocare?”

“Allora vogliamo preparare qualcosa per papà, così quando torna da lavoro, gli fai la sorpresa?!”

E allora ci siamo subito messe all’opera, ho preso il mio pacchetto di Mc Vitie’s Digestive classico…e ho messo a lavoro la mia cuginetta. Abbiamo scottato un wurstel e lei lo ha tagliato a pezzetti (ovviamente con le sue dolci manine, niente coltello!), poi le ho dato da spezzettare una fetta di formaggio in pezzetti più o meno grandi. Abbiamo condito due foglie di rucola e le abbiamo adagiate su un piatto, abbiamo appoggiato sopra il nostro biscottone e su questa base tutta la sua creatività si è espressa.
Wurstel, formaggio, ketchup e rucola….ingredienti salati pronti a sposarsi con la leggera dolcezza del Mc Vitie’s, il contrasto dolce-salato a me fa letteralmente impazzire…e poi quando si tratta dei Mc Vitie’s diciamo che qualsiasi abbinamento è quello giusto 😉
La piccolina, con tanto impegno e con l’aiuto di uno stuzzicadenti ha scritto e disegnato sulla fetta di formaggio, poi intingendo lo stuzzicadenti nel ketchup ha evidenziato le sue incisioni.
Tutta soddisfatta per la sua meraviglia d’amore, ha aspettato con ansia l’arrivo del papà e poi con il suo vassoietto da cuochetta è andata ad accoglierlo:”Sorpresaaaaaa!!!”
