Il sushi dà dipendenza…il sushi dà dipendenza…il sushi dà dipendenza!!!
Non è scientificamente provato ma io credo di essere una “sushi dipendente” e sono arrivata a questa deduzione dopo un periodo di astinenza totale, in cui ogni giorno il mio cervello materializzava deliziosi piattini orientali.Chi ama la cucina giapponese potrebbe mangiare hosomaki anche un giorno si ed uno no, a me fa proprio impazzire l’incontro del riso con il sapore del pesce crudo, con l’avocado e il wasabi, mi piace assaporare le consistenze diverse, i retrogusti e la leggerezza.

Il fatto è che i ristoranti giapponesi più buoni costicchiano molto e di conseguenza ti impediscono di farti l’abbuffata, anni fa mi è capitato di cenare in questi posticini di elite e sicuramente a livello di bontà erano indiscutibili ma a livello di costi improponibili…
Per fortuna si è andata sempre più a diffondere la fantastica formula all you can eat, quella che conviene e dà tante soddisfazioni, soprattutto quando trovi il posto giusto. L’ultimo cosiddetto posto giusto, che con il mio boy abbiamo piacevolmente provato è il ristorante Wok Pavese (zona Eur). Come buona norma abbiamo prenotato, pur sapendo che il locale è molto grande e a giochi fatti consiglio questa cosa, infatti il trattamento è stato davvero impeccabile, ci hanno fatto accomodare immediatamente in una saletta più intima e ci hanno servito due flute di prosecco…Altrove non mi è mai capitato!

Poi sono arrivate le nuvolette di drago con la salsetta e con calma il cameriere ha iniziato ad appuntarsi le nostre ordinazioni. Il menù è lunghissimo e prevede sia la cucina cinese sia quella giapponese, sfogliarlo fa venire l’acquolina in bocca, le immagini sono meravigliose e poi c’è davvero tanta tanta scelta. Abbiamo cominciato con il nostro amato sushi, per prima cosa ordinando pietanze mai provate prima d’ora, è bene variare ogni tanto! Il gusto ci ha subito travolti, e la presentazione è degna di nota, ogni piatto infatti sembra un dipinto…i ristoratori orientali hanno proprio la mania del dettaglio, ma in questo ristorante tutto ciò è all’ennesima potenza. Era davvero tutto delizioso, avremmo ordinato temaki fino allo sfinimento ma ad un certo punto per placare la super fame del mio ragazzo abbiamo puntato su una tempura di calamari e sui ravioli alla carne (che a me non piacciono proprio, ma de gustibus!). Ordiniamo due caffè e ci portano due caffè e una macedonia, per correttezza diciamo “noi avevamo solo due caffè!” E ci viene gentilmente fatto presente che la macedonia è offerta da loro…Ma che gentili!!!

Poi per concludere in bellezza ci dirigiamo verso la cassa per il conto e ci regalano due biscotti della fortuna…Loro si che sanno come coccolare i clienti, io ed il mio ragazzo siamo stati letteralmente rapiti. E’ bello notare tante piccole attenzioni, i tavoli sono distanziati per favorire un pasto più intimo, gli spazi sono curatissimi e puliti, il personale è sorridente e non ti mette fretta e poi, aggiungiamoci tutte le accortezze, il prosecco per chi prenota, le nuvolette in attesa del servizio, la macedonia, i biscotti della fortuna e ovviamente la cosa fondamentale il cibo buono buono buono. I prezzi rientrano nella politica dell’all you can eat, ossia per la cena il costo è di 18,80 escluse bevande e dolci. Per noi è un SI davvero tanto deciso, questo Wok rivedrà la nostra faccia molto molto presto!!!
