Preferite il dolce o il salato? Io non sono mai riuscita a capirlo, sono talmente tanto golosa che non saprei proprio rispondere a questa domanda…

Dipende molto dall’orario, dall’umore, dalla giornata. Se dovessi fare una statistica, potrei semplicemente dire che il dolce lo scelgo maggiormente quando sono stressata e voglio rilassarmi, mentre il salato lo prediligo nei momenti di calma interiore. Questa è la mia teoria bislacca, come direbbe la D’urso. Fortunatamente con il mio ragazzo che è goloso, almeno quanto me, non abbiamo mai difficoltà nella scelta e tra il dolce e il salato, optiamo sempre per tutte e due le cose, tranne nei rari casi in cui…il dolce ed il salato possono dare vita ad una sfiziosa ricetta. L’idea originale e che subito ho appoggiato è farina del suo sacco, gli ingredienti sono pochi e il procedimento è meccanico e semplice.
-Fette di pane
-Lardo di colonnata
-Miele
-Pinoli
Ed ecco a voi “L’antipasto indeciso”, l’abbiamo soprannominato così.Un dolce-salato che stuzzica e appaga anche i palati più difficili. Il lato più dolce del lardo di colonnata si sprigiona in tutto il suo gradevole sapore grazie all’incontro con il miele e dà origine ad un gusto piacevole e nuovo. Queste bruschettine stuzzicanti, sono facili da preparare e di sicuro fanno fare bella figura.
Basterà bruscare qualche fettina di pane, e appoggiare qualche sottile fettina di lardo sul pane caldo, per vederla sciogliersi e perdersi nella mollica. A quel punto, appoggiamo un velo di miele e lasciamo cadere qualche pinolo. L’acquolina in bocca è immediata, il pane viene dolcemente rivestito da questa lucida pellicola di miele e la goduria del primo morso è indicibile. Croccantezza del pane, freschezza dei pinoli e morbido idillio del lardo con il miele…Una bontà irresistibile, perfetta per un aperitivo in simpatia o per un antipastino di apertura. Un aspetto negativo c’è e lo potrete constatare all’istante…Questo piatto apre lo stomaco!!!
