Ti senti spossato, l’umore va giù e la tua solita voglia di fare inizia a scemare. Cali di zuccheri? No, forse calo di tensione elettrica, o meglio, calo di energia. In poco tempo tutto sembra perdere senso e così ti butti in un angolo e ti lasci vivere. Ti sei mai trovato in questa situazione? Allora continua a leggere perché su Impossibile Fermare i Battiti oggi sto per condividere una verità, l’esistenza di una forma di vita altra: i vampiri di energia. Ebbene sì, non hanno le sembianze di Edward di Twilight (anche perché, magari ahaha), ma i vampiri esistono e noi dobbiamo riconoscerli prima che ci annientino. Parlano, mangiano, dormono, amano più o meno come noi, ma non sono come noi, forse una volta sì, ma ora non più, sono persone spesso buone, afflitte da qualche paturnia, persone alle volte in difficoltà, persone in alcuni casi pericolose. Si avvicinano a noi e senza rendercene conto entrano nelle nostre grazie, noi li accogliamo, li aiutiamo e loro iniziano a nutrirsi. All’inizio tutto sembra normale, all’inizio è un bellissimo scambio, uno stare bene, un attaccamento, poi però queste persone, iniziano a chiedere sempre di più, ci fanno sentire in colpa se non riusciamo a soddisfarli e in un baleno ci prendono per mano e ci trascinano in un vortice. Il tunnel è lungo, l’energia pian piano finisce e così non potendo continuare il cammino, veniamo scaraventati a terra, abbandonati in un angolo, perché il nostro carnefice ha bisogno di forza nuova, di energia giovane. Non vanno in giro con etichette in fronte, sarebbe troppo semplice, ma riconoscere queste forme di vita tossiche non è troppo difficile, basta ascoltare il proprio corpo e soprattutto mettersi in ascolto delle proprie emozioni.
2) Vampiro Piangente
Il Vampiro Piangente è quello del “perché capitano tutte a me”, quello del “mai una gioia” ripetuto come l’ave maria. Il vampiro ne ha sempre una, è pieno di problemi e tu, persona empatica e solare, sei pane per i suoi denti. Lo rassicuri, ti fa tenerezza per cui ti avvicini e gli lecchi le ferite. Ti fai in quattro per consolarlo, per farlo sentire importante e per dargli “una gioia”, ma niente – e dico niente- basterà a questo soggetto. Anche un momento felice sarà pieno di “perché fai tutto questo per me?”, “forse non ti merito”, “tu sei troppo” e voi in tutto ciò? Cercherete sempre di convincerlo del contrario, ripeterete sempre le stesse cose ma vi sentirete inutili, inermi e incapaci…Non è una specie pericolosa, ma ahimè è una missione di vita: convivere con il vittimismo o lasciare la presa? A voi la scelta!
3)Vampiro Business
I suoi occhi sono a forma di dollaro, ogni persona è per il Vampiro Business un soggetto economico da sfruttare. Denaro, opportunità, ma anche affetto, per questa tipologia di vampiro. Manipolatore cronico e opportunista: sono queste le sue peculiarità. E’ talmente tanto in gamba che difficilmente ti accorgi delle sue mosse, ma una volta “sgamato” basterà fare mente locale per scoprire tutte le volte in cui il Vampiro Business ha esercitato il suo potere su di te. Difenderti da questa specie è un obbligo, di certo a trarre benefici è sempre e soltanto lui.

5)Vampiro del Forse
Non saprai mai che cosa pensa, perché la verità è che nemmeno lui conosce i suoi pensieri. Non ha mai un’idea precisa in merito ad un argomento, non si schiera mai, resta in un limbo e sul più bello ti sorprende. Prima è nero e il secondo dopo è bianco, non è un volta gabbana volontario, è semplicemente un indeciso, nel suo dizionario la parola “coerenza” non trova posto, ma lui non ne ha consapevolezza e incolperà sempre te per i suoi errori. Non è pericoloso però mandarlo a fare un giro non è un’idea malsana.
6)Vampiro Pavone
Per il Vampiro Pavone ogni specchio è buono, lui si piace e tanto, ma ha un’insicurezza latente per cui necessita di continue attenzione, complimenti e lusinghe. Uomo o donna che sia, il Vampiro Pavone ha le stesse peculiarità, a tratti egocentrico e di fondo narcisista. Ha occhi solo per lui, si basta a sé stesso e tutto il resta è lì a fare da cornice. “Io, io, io”, lo sentirete pronunciare ogni volta che apre bocca, il “grazie” difficilmente verrà pronunciato dal Vampiro Pavone, perché per lui è tutto dovuto, qualsiasi cosa facciate la fate perché, a suo avviso, se lo merita e perché non esiste persona migliore di lui. Ebbene sì, è una vita difficile con lui nei paraggi e il brutto è che il pavone ha bisogno di continui stimoli esterni, desidera una molteplicità di carnefici, tu sarai quindi presto relegato nei bassifondi dei suoi pensieri e soffrirai. Più tempo passi col pavone e più soffri…non liberartene solo se sei masochista, altrimenti mettici una croce sopra e un “vade retro”.
Ci sono poi le intersezioni tra vampiri, il mix di più caratteristiche solitamente è letale, per l’altro, non per il vampiro ovviamente. Tu hai riconosciuto qualche vampiro? Hai individuato un vampiro nella tua cerchia e ti stai chiedendo se è possibile aiutarlo? In alcuni casi sì, in altri casi purtroppo no, nemmeno trasformandoci in crocerossine attente e premurose…Noi donne siamo portate, ci piacciono queste mission, eppure fonti autorevoli lo ribadiscono: certe persone non possono essere aiutate, perché in fondo non lo vogliono, loro stanno bene così, ma voi? Se vi sentite spossati e demotivati, ragionate bene, magari un vampiro energetico sta succhiando tutte le vostre forze. La soluzione? Accompagnarsi con persone positive e solari, che vi rispettino, vi stimino e vi donino energia, perché la compagnia dell’altro, sia questo un amico, il compagno o un conoscente deve essere sempre uno scambio, mai una privazione.

When I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment. Is there a means you can remove me from that service? Cheers.
