In che fase siete? Avete già iniziato a maturare l’idea di rimettervi in forma? Io sì!Come ogni inizio anno che si rispetti i miei buoni propositi si muovono in più direzioni e la forma fisica è in cima ai miei pensieri. Sto cercando, per quanto possibile, di mangiare sano, bere di più, fare un po’ di movimento e poi da circa 2 settimane sto utilizzando un trattamento completo per contrastare gli inestetismi della cellulite.
Ho scelto una combo del marchio Geomar per vari motivi, innanzitutto perchè conosco il brand da anni e mi sono sempre trovata bene, poi perchè è facile da trovare ed ha un prezzo accessibile e in ultima battuta perchè mi ha sempre dato soddisfazione nel prima e dopo. Per questo ciclo di trattamento ho puntato su una certezza: il Fango D’Alga Oceanica (ve lo straconsiglio) e su due prodotti a me sconosciuti, ossia lo Sugar Scrub e il Gel Freddo Drenante, che mi hanno convinta da subito.
Questo trio, così composto, rappresenta un equilibrato trattamento urto anticellulite. Vi consiglio di utilizzare sempre uno scrub per favorire l’assorbimento del fango e una crema o un gel drenante a conclusione del trattamento. Il fango è il prodotto base, il must have, scegliete quello più giusto in base allo stadio della cellulite, sul sito di Geomar trovate varie opzioni.
Come utilizzare i prodotti Geomar?
1)SUGAR SCRUB: Esfoliare la pelle è l’abc di ogni trattamento di bellezza. Questo scrub è davvero efficace e piacevole. Il mix di sale marino, zucchero e oli naturali rende il prodotto perfetto per levigare e nutrire la pelle in profondità. Il Sale “asciuga” l’acqua, ha quindi una forte azione drenante, richiama per osmosi tossine e liquidi in eccesso, favorendone l’eliminazione. Lo zucchero esfolia dolcemente la pelle e gli oli donano l’idratazione di cui l’epidermide ha bisogno. Per un uso corretto, mescola il prodotto con la palettina affinchè la consistenza risulti omogenea, applica su pelle umida e massaggia facendo tanti cerchi dal basso verso l’alto. Lascia agire per 5 minuti e poi sciacqua via il prodoto, ricordandoti di effettuare l’ultimo riascquo con acqua fredda. Io per comodità lo utilizzo una volta alla settimana, ma puoi tranquillamente utilizzarlo 2 volte a settimana.
I risultati si percepiscono ad occhio e al tatto sin dalla prima applicazione, è sicuramento un valido aiuto per chi ha problemi di microcircolazione, come la sottoscritta.
2)FANGO D’ALGA OCEANICA: Se siete alla ricerca di un fango in grado di contrastare la cellulite più radicata questo fa per voi. Svolge una doppia azione: lipolitica e drenante. Andrebbe uutilizzato 3 volte a settimana (per la prima settimana), 2 volte a settimana (per le 4 settimane che seguono) e 1 volta a settimana (per l’azione di mantenimento). Al momento sono riuscita ad essere costante e sono felice di poter consttare miglioramenti sulla consistenza della pelle. Utilizzare il fango è semplicissimo. Si mescola il prodotto, si applica uno strato generoso (vi consiglio almeno una volta a settimana di effettuare il trattamento subito dopo l’azione dello scrub) e poi, per ottimizzare i risultati, si avvolgono le parti con una pellicola trasparenti e si lascia in posa per circa mezzora. Se percepite arrosammenti o pizzicore non allarmatevi, è normale.
3)GEL FREDDO DRENANTE: Come sapete il contrasto caldo/freddo è utilissimo per stimolare la circolazione, durante l’estate per trovare refrigerio all’affatticamento delle gambe sono solita alternare bagni caldi a bagni ghiacciati, riscontro sempre una sensazione di leggerezza. Ho apprezzato subito questo gel che sfrutta appunto questo principio. Si può utilizzare 1-2 volte al giorno, mattine e/o sera, io preferisco sempre la sera perchè ho più tempo e perchè mi piace lasciare che agisca durante la notte, a mio avviso è più efficace. Massaggiatelo fino ad assorbimento sempre effettuando movimenti circolari dal basso verso l’alto. Dona un’immediata freschezza grazie al mentolo naturale e la sensazione dura a lungo grazie all’azione del Frescolat®. La pelle oltre a risultare lucente ed idratata appare in salute, con un effetto tensore che durante la primavera inoltrata, quando elimineremo le calze potrà tornare utile.

La crema effetto freddo è miracolosa. L ho usata l estate scorsa e mi piace l effetto che da alla pelle. Levigata e luminosa, e anche più tonica.
