Ho sempre amato l’angolo del self-service all’interno del supermercato Auchan, dove in totale autonomia ti prendi le tue bustine trasparenti, le carichi di ciò che preferisci, le pesi e paghi.
Ammetto che però, dopo aver scoperto il “Negozio Leggero”, mi si è spalancato un mondo, altro che i dispenser del supermercato, qui si acquista la qualità e poi c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta.

Ero con la mia migliore amica alla ricerca di una buona caffetteria, passeggiavamo per Via Chiabrera, quando le vetrine di questo negozio ci hanno fatto bloccare inebetite..Si scorgeva infatti un’accogliente locale colmo di dispenser,barattoli, libri.
Abbiamo tentennato giusto un secondo e poi siamo entrate.

Basta mettere piede all’interno, per assaporare una nuova dimensione,tutti i prodotti sono divisi per categoria e sono inseriti nei dispenser o all’interno di bolle di vetro, si può acquistare pasta, riso, cereali, spezie,caffè, biscotti, taralli,uova fresche, caramelle,olio, detersivi,saponi, cosmetici, dentifrici, ci sono tantissimi prodotti e la responsabile del negozio, è pronta a farti vivere una vera e propria esperienza sensoriale.

La spesa alla spina è un modo nuovo di rispettare l’ambiente e il proprio portafogli. I prodotti vengono venduti senza imballaggi e questo riduce i rifiuti e i prezzi. I clienti possono decidere se acquistare direttamente lì i contenitori durevoli, per poi riutilizzarli ad ogni spesa,oppure se portarseli direttamente da casa e riempirli con ciò che si vuole. E’ davvero una bella idea questa, perchè permette di informare e formare una coscienza ecologica, che va contro la cultura imperante dello spreco…
