Dai tempi delle festicciole all’asilo…sono ghiotta di pizzette rustiche. Davanti a loro, non c’è dieta che tenga, a vincere è sempre la forte tentazione di quella fragrante melodia…
C’è un posto a Roma, che vive di un passaparola continuo,e che secondo me è il numero uno, per quanto riguarda pizzette, rustici e tanto altro.
Si tratta di un meraviglioso laboratorio, famoso per via della bontà, della varietà e dei prezzi dei suoi prodotti.“Dolce Maniera”, non ha bisogno di pubblicità e infatti l’insegna che indica l’ingresso al locale è piccolina, ma una volta individuata, risulterà difficile dimenticarla…scendendo dalle scalette, ci si immerge nel girone dei golosi e lì, vi avviso: “lasciate ogni speranza o voi ch’entrate…”

Per i giovanissimi è il punto di ritrovo per gustare un cornetto appena sfornato, a colazione o dopo una serata in discoteca… vi sono croissants di tutti i tipi e con tutte le farciture, ciambelle e bombe a soli 30 Cent.
Molte famiglie frequentano in modo abituale, perché “Dolce Maniera”, a buon mercato, offre la possibilità di ordinare buffet per qualsiasi ricorrenza, torte personalizzate e qualsiasi tipo di leccornia.

Poi ci sono i lavoratori del posto che ne approfittano per il pranzo e le persone di passaggio, che attirate dal profumo e dal via vai dei vari golosi, ignare di tutto si immergono nel paradiso e continuano il passaparola. Come vi dicevo, secondo me, le pizzette rustiche sono il top, al prezzo di 1 Euro all’etto, gusterete la vera fragranza della pasta sfoglia, abbinata al buon sapore del pomodoro.
