Ora che abbiamo concluso lo shopping natalizio…possiamo meritatamente dedicarci qualche oretta solo per la nostra cura.Nascondiamo orologi, agende e tutte le fonti di stress e concediamoci ore di bellezza e benessere, senza limiti. Dopo un bel bagno bollente e profumato, facciamoci un profondo scrub e rimpolpiamo la pelle con un burro corpo…
Subito la sensazione sarà rigenerante. Ma per sentirci davvero al top, qualche attenzione in più la dobbiamo dedicare ai nostri capelli. L’altro giorno nella Bio-profumeria Thymiama, ho fatto un acquistone…Una bustina da 100 gr di Cassia, più comunemente conosciuta come Hennè naturale della marca “Le Erbe di Janas”. Avendo i capelli naturali e volendo mantenere il mio colore, ero alla ricerca di un prodotto che funzionasse da vero e proprio trattamento rinvigorente.

La responsabile del negozio, che ha dei capelli visibilmente sani e lucenti, mi ha consigliato questo impacco della linea del”Le erbe di Janas”, una linea totalmente naturale, bio, non testata sugli animali. Mi sono lasciata convincere subito, la parola di chi ha già testato un prodotto è molto più importante di qualsiasi altra cosa. Così ho acquistato questa bustina ed oggi mi decido ad utilizzarla per la seconda volta. Sappiate che per ottenere i risultati migliori, dovete avere a disposizione almeno due orette. La Cassia, è una polvere sottilissima, di colore verde chiaro, per utilizzarla bisogna diluirla in acqua e si deve creare un composto simile a quello di uno yogurt cremoso. In una ciotolina, mischiamo acqua e polvere evitando i grumi e giriamo fin quando il risultato non sarà morbido, soffice e cremoso.
Una volta che la consistenza è ok, bagniamo i capelli abbondantemente, tamponiamoli e facciamo un bell’impacco verde sulla nostra testa, frizionando lievemente sulla cute.

Il consiglio è quello di mettere un asciugamano (magari il peggiore che avete), tra collo e spalle e di avvolgere i capelli con un pò di pellicola. Vi ricordo che l’hennè potrebbe colare e macchiare, per cui attenzione. Con il nostro turbante verde, cerchiamo di passare più tempo possibile, il tempo minimo è di 30 minuti, ma vi consiglio di stare almeno un’ora per ottenere dei risultati ottimali.
Dopo aver atteso il tempo necessario, siete pronte per il risciacquo…per esperienza personale, vi dico che per questa operazione dovete perderci qualche minuto in più rispetto alle solite tempistiche…Finora ho utilizzato questo prodotto per 2 lavaggi e vi dico che la prima volta, avendo dei capelli lunghissimi, non sono riuscita a sciacquare per bene i capelli sulla nuca, ed ho ottenuto un antipatico effetto: ciocchette terrose, brutte da vedere e odiose al tatto. La seconda volta invece, facendo tesoro del precedente errore, ho sciacquato per bene e vi dico che il risultato è stato fenomenale. Al tatto i capelli sembrano più consistenti, pieni, il colore acquista luce nuova e riflessi naturali, le doppie punte appaiono risanate, i capelli sono soffici come una nuvola e l’odore molto forte, che sentirete durante l’applicazione risulterà a fine lavaggio minimizzato.
La vostra capigliatura apparirà molto più voluminosa del solito…dite addio allo shampoo stra-chimico effetto volume, perchè l’hennè naturale è proprio un trattamento a 360° e tra gli effetti include anche quello del volume estremo.
E’ vero che dobbiamo perderci qualche minuto in più…ma il risultato è simile al post-trattamento da salone, per cui ne vale la pena.
Prossimamente testerò anche un altro prodotto di Janas, l’olio di Monoi, da utilizzare come un impacco prima dello shampoo, un pò come il consigliatissimo impacco con olio di oliva che usavano le nostre nonne…
