Altro che locali snob e mondani, per il pranzo della Domenica, io preferisco proprio questo tipo di clima, tutto basato su uno stile confidenziale e casalingo…senza ovviamente rinunciare ad un contorno grazioso, come quello che “I Bischeri” è in grado di offrire. Se passate da queste parti, il “must eat” è sicuramente questo super antipasto, per quanto riguarda i primi piatti, con il mio ragazzo abbiamo mangiato le pappardelle al cinghiale e non ci hanno convinti, al di là della qualità ottima della pasta, il sugo non era molto gustoso…Buonissima invece la tagliata di manzo rucola, pachino e grana accompagnata da patatine fritte, mediocre il dolce del giorno, un cheescake biscottoso che però non ha fatto la differenza. Ad ogni modo ogni ristorante ha le proprie peculiarità e senza dubbio il nome del locale già le mette in evidenza.

I prezzi sono molto buoni, c’è la possibilità di usufruire di menù fissi, il personale è disponibile e alla mano, il parcheggio non è un problema e quindi “I Bischeri” merita a pieno titolo di entrare nella lista dei ristoranti scelti da “Impossibile Fermare i Battiti”. Un pranzetto veloce o in tranquillità, e per i malati di calcio, la possibilità di seguire la partita del giorno, o ad ogni modo quella scelta dai gestori romanisti. Una scorpacciata di pane e affettati, una degustazione di svariati formaggi con lussurioso miele o confettura e via…si parte per una bella gita ai castelli o al romantico Lago di Castel Gandolfo.
