Ma chi l’ha detto che PastoLight equivale a dire pranzo triste? Io che inizio diete un giorno si e l’altro pure, so bene che Light è sinonimo di gusto, perchè l’abbinamento gustoso e con poche calorie esiste…basta solo cercarlo!!!

Così, la scorsa settimana ho ricevuto una scatola con i prodotti Inalpi e subito mi si è materializzata questa ricettina semplice semplice…adatta al classico pranzo del Lunedì, ma pure a quello del Martedì, insomma adatto a quei giorni in cui decidi “Da oggi sono a dieta”.
Gli ingredienti sono pochi ma buoni e qui vi propongo le dosi per un solitario pasto:
-80 gr di Insalata (valeriana o ancora meglio rughetta, che è buonissima anche poco condita).
-Un Hamburger di tacchino
-Una Gallette di riso
-Una Fettina Light di Inalpi
-Un Filo d’olio
-Un pizzico di Sale
Una volta cotto l’hamburger e condita l’insalata (con poco sale), non resta che impiattare. Creiamo un letto verde ed adagiamo una galletta di riso, appoggiamoci sopra il nostro hamburger bollente e stendiamoci sopra la Fettina Light di Inalpi.
In 5 minuti il vostro pranzo è pronto, tutto salutare, con poche calorie ma tanto tanto gusto…non abbiate paura di rimanere con la fame, perchè vi assicuro che l’insalata vi darà subito un senso di sazietà e la bellezza del composto riempirà lo stomaco anche dei più affamati.
