Trascorrere il tempo in cucina con queste temperature è sinonimo di devastazione. Il caldo, il sudore, la fantasia che scarseggia e la scelta di cibi con poche calorie spesso ci fa passare la voglia di mangiare… (si, pare vero!) e allora quando è possibile, in casa mia si opta per il cosiddetto piatto unico, gustoso, veloce e che sporchi il meno possibile.

Oggi vi presento un sostanzioso gateau di patate con rotelle di wurstel in crosta di Bellalodi.
E’ uno dei miei piatti preferiti, innanzitutto perchè è semplice da preparare, secondo perchè è di una bontà indiscutibile, e poi perchè la cucina resta decente e non bisogna passare le ore a ripulire il tutto.
Ingredienti per 4 persone:
-1 kg di patate
-3 uova
-70 gr di burro
-2 cucchiai colmi di Lodigrana di Bellalodi
-6 wurstel
-3 cucchiai di pane grattuggiato
-Raspadura Bellalodi in quantità
-sale e pepe q.b.
Procedimento:
Dopo aver lessato le patate (meglio se con la buccia),andiamo a creare la purea, alla quale aggiungiamo 50 gr di burro, il formaggio grattuggiato (consiglio quello BellaLodi), sale e pepe q.b. Uniamo quindi i tuorli d’uovo al composto e a parte montiamo gli albumi a neve e a poco a poco uniamoli al resto, in modo da ottenere un impasto morbido ma consistente.
Utilizziamo una teglia da forno, coperta con carta da forno, (così ci troviamo meno lavoro per il post-pasto)mettiamo il composto nella teglia, distribuiamo i wurstel precedentemente affettati su tutta la superficie e spolveriamo con pane il grattuggiato e qualche fiocchetto di burro (utilizzando i 20 gr che avevamo messo da parte).
A questo punto la squisitezza è pronta. Mettiamo in forno per circa 20 minuti o fin quando la superficie del composto non sarà dorata e un momento prima di togliere la teglia dal forno, distribuiamo i fiocchi di Raspadura Bellalodi, che daranno quel tocco di gusto in più alla nostra torta.

Il nostro piatto unico, si presenta come una vera e propria pizza, il gusto è appetitoso e goloso, soprattutto se si utilizzano i sapori inconfondibili dei formaggi Bellalodi…Basta un trancio di gateau per riprendere l’energia anche dopo una giornata di duro lavoro. Scappo a godermi la mia cena e auguro una buona cena a tutti voi!!!
