Prendete un giorno incerto, uno di quelli in cui la pioggia si alterna al sole e voi non avete voglia di uscire di casa. Siete sdraiati sul divano, tv accesa e siete carichi di nulla facenza…Ahhh, che bello oziare! Aggiungete alla situazione, un piccolo particolare, immaginate che davanti a voi oltre alla tv, avete un carrello pieno zeppo di dolcezze Freddi…Come affrontate la situazione? La continua tentazione vi chiama, ogni confezione vi sussurra “assaggia me”, e voi siete lì con i vostri dubbi amletici, ma in fondo non volete fare torto a nessuno.

Nel carrello c’è un mix di colore, un assortimento di gusti che potrebbe fare invidia ad un supermercato, i packaging sono tutti accattivanti e poi quei nomi, fanno proprio gola. Come ovviare ai mille dubbi? Io inizialmente ho pensato di non pensare a loro “cari dolci, oggi non mi avrete!”, ho preso una penna, un foglio ed ho iniziato a divagare, ho iniziato a fare disegnini e poi a scrivere frasette…fin quando ispirata da Freddi, la mia penna ha iniziato a seguire il ritmo del palato e voilà…è uscita questa filastrocca, spensierata!
Cari ragazzi c’è da dire che davanti a cotanta bontà resistere è proprio difficile e così alla fine non ce l’ho fatta ed ho ceduto…Ho assaggiato qua e là, anche perchè ho pensato “è giusto avere una panoramica per parlare di questa azienda!” Si si certo, l’ho fatto solo per voi, solo per raccontarvi i sapori…(in questo momento chiamatemi pure Pinocchio!)
Ad ogni modo il mio sacrificio ha portato ottimi frutti…Ecco a voi le meraviglie Freddi che ho avuto modo di degustare:
Dolcetto: io ho provato quello al cacao magro e alla ciliegia, ma nell’assortimento ci sono anche all’albicocca, alla fragola e novità della novità il Dolcetto Dark. Ogni confezione presenta 8 merendine, morbide, morbide e tanto gnammy…mi ricordano l’infanzia, i tempi dell’asilo, come mi piaceva la ricreazione!!!

Moretta: Quando si ha voglia di cioccolato, con la Moretta non si sbaglia, interessante quella al latte macchiato, gustosa la classica, ma da provare anche al gusto caramello e tiramisù.
Ballerina: Bontà irresistibile, su fondo cioccolatoso si staglia un pan di spagna morbido e gustoso. Al cacao, al mango, alla nocciola o al caffè espresso.

Buondolce: Semplice morbidezza del buongiorno, un vero idillio di morbidezza. Io ho apprezzato molto quella al latte, classica e buonissima, ma chissà che gusto avranno quella cioko e miele, arancia e carota o fragola…Slurp!

O’ Mamma: O mamma che bontà, l’esclamazione viene da sola..una torta che si presenta in modo chic e che esplode di gusto, agli agrumi è meravigliosa, ma di certo sarà ottima anche al cioccolato, alla stracciatella, al tiramisù, alla fragola e al latte e cocco..
Pic-Nic: Delizioso rotolo di pan di spagna, leggero e morbidissimo. Ottimo nel gusto frutta, ma da assaggiare anche nella versione al cacao, al caffè, alla vaniglia, alla nocciola
Swiss Roll: E’ un vero peccato di gola, si presenta elegantemente in una gift box..fa molta scena e sembra proprio un prodotto di pasticceria, morbidissimo il pan di spagna, abbondante la farcitura e che gusto la glassa!!! Io garantisco per il White, se vi piace il latte è favoloso, ma lo trovate anche nei gusti: tiramisù, cacao, cappuccino, praline, buche de Noel.

La Gioia: E’ una mini torta quadrata, con quattro strati di gusto. Spaziali quelle al triplo cioccolato e alla nocciola, ma curiose anche quelle al mandarino, al tiramisù e alla stracciatella.

Le parole e le immagini di sicuro saranno niente confrontate con il gusto e la bontà di questi prodotti, Freddi è una vera e propria pasticceria che con il tempo si è allargata diventando una grande realtà industriale che produce e distribuisce in circa 130 paesi…Ecco il segreto della loro azienda, pensano in grande, ma con la cura dei piccoli artisti pasticceri.
