Avete presente l’atmosfera che si respira in “Alice nel paese delle meraviglie”? Una tavola imbandita con ogni ben di Dio, dolciumi, thè, fiori, il tutto immerso nella natura? Bene, esiste un posto che riesce ad evocarti quelle sensazioni fiabesche e magiche, questo posto si chiama Vivibistrot ed è appunto un bistrot alternativo, che si inserisce nel meraviglioso verde di Villa Pamphili a Roma. Il Vivibistrot offre due soluzioni, accomodarsi nei tavolini esterni, per vivere la piacevolezza del verde circostante, o godere di chiacchiere più intime nel grazioso salotto interno. Qualsiasi sia la vostra scelta, sappiate che rimarrete incollati almeno 10-15 minuti a leggere il menù, l’offerta è ampia, dolci americani, leccornie di ogni genere, sandwich, torte e poi un’ampia selezione di Thè Mariage Freres.

In questo bel posticino sono stata due volte nel giro di poche settimane, ho quindi assaggiato la colazione comodamente seduta nel divanetto della sala interna, che rievoca un po’ un casale di campagna provenzale, e poi il Thè delle 5, all’aria aperta che in realtà si è trasformato in una pseudo-cena anticipata, perché per via di un’incomprensione con l’ordinazione, ci siamo ritrovati un maxi High Tea Menù (maxi, perché erano quasi in chiusura per cui hanno gentilmente abbondato con le porzioni!), invece del Cream Tea Menù + un pancakes e un thè.

La scena è stata epica, da lontano vediamo arrivare la gentile cameriera con due alzate di bontà. Io inizio a sbiancare perché capisco subito l’errore e passati i due secondi di imbarazzo, le spiego la situazione, cercando di arrivare al compromesso “Magari annullate i pancakes e ci prendiamo questo menù”, ma carinamente torna la cameriera con tanto di pancakes e ci spiega che ormai era già pronto e che quindi, al prezzo del Cream Tea, ci lasciavano l’High Tea…Sicuramente un gesto che apprezziamo e che ci spingerà a tornare ancora, la loro correttezza è stata imbarazzante. Un bellissimo pomeriggio, sole quanto basta, cinguettìo degli uccellini e delizia pura per il palato.

Buoni davvero anche i pancakes, i sandwiches, la biscotteria assaggiata la scorsa volta, tutto favoloso. I prezzi non sono quelli da bancone, ovviamente dovete considerare la bellezza del posto, il servizio, la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate, che sono rigorosamente bio e poi la varietà, ma non sono nemmeno prezzi proibitivi. Per darvi un’idea: il thè costa 4 Euro, il cappuccino 2,20 Euro, lo “scone” con panna e fragole e i pancakes 5 euro cadauno. Ma ovviamente le soluzioni menù sono più convenienti, il Cream Tea (Thè a scelta+”scone” con panna e confettura di fragole) costa 7,50 euro e se avete “famissima” con 15 Euro vi accaparrate l’High Tea Menù (The a scelta+ scones+ 5 biscottini da te+ 5 sandwiches mini), in quel caso se siete due persone, potete tranquillamente aggiungere al menù (che è per una persona) un secondo thè e siete apposto!!!

Consigliatissimo il ViviBistrot per colazioni in allegria, brunch, tea e con l’arrivo della bella stagione perfetto anche per una cena d’effetto. Nella loro filosofia tutta green, rientra l’attenzione per gli ingredienti bio, ma non solo, tutto l’arredamento è eco-chic e anche le soluzioni che propongono sono in pieno rispetto per l’ambiente…Graziosa l’idea del pic nic da asporto o del servizio bike.
