Prezzi da fast food, ottima qualità delle materie prime e tanta varietà. Un pranzo, un aperitivo o una cena da 100 Montaditos stimola la mente e le papille gustative. Una volta scelto il posto, seguendo le indicazioni del personale, si apre il menù e si compila la propria ordinazione. E’ tutto molto divertente e il bello è che nessuno ti mette fretta. Una volta compilata la “comanda”, si va in cassa, si paga, si lascia il proprio nome e si attende la chiamata.
Orecchie tese e dopo 10 minuti…”Alessandro”. Il mio ragazzo si accinge a ritirare il nostro ordine, ma sono talmente tanti i piatti, che servono rinforzi. Esagerare rientra nella nostra routine, ma ovviamente nulla va sprecato perché noi ci sacrifichiamo fino all’ultima briciola.
Cosa si mangia da 100 Montaditos? Beh, i mitici montaditos sono d’obbligo, accompagnati da stuzzichini innaffiati da una bevanda fresca. Per rendere un’idea su quelle che sono le varianti e i prezzi ho pensato di inserirvi di seguito il ricco menù, così quando deciderete di optare per i montaditos, sarete preparati psicologicamente.
Scegliere i montaditos non è cosa semplice, gli ingredienti come potete notare sono tantissimi e molti sono tipicamente spagnoli:
Jamon serrano- Prosciutto crudo
Chistorra-salsiccia di maiale
Lomo al ajillo-lonza di maiale all’aglio
Pollo Cajun- pollo speziato
Salsa Salmorejo-salsa a base di pomodoro, aglio, pane raffermo, olio e pepe
Salsa brava-salsa a base di pomodoro, maionese, cipolla, aglio, spezie
Salsa alioli-salsa a base di aglio, tuorlo d’uovo ed olio
Se amate i sapori ricchi i montaditos gourmet fanno per voi, se desiderate invece qualcosa di più light andate sui classici.
Noi per questo ricco aperitivo abbiamo scelto la quantità, cibare anche gli occhi è sempre una buona soluzione:
-n° 14 mini-panini tra quelli ad 1 euro;
-n° 3 montaditos dolci;
-una porzione di patate brava (con salsa brava e salsa alioli);
-una porzione di patatine pancetta e cheddar;
-una coca cola;
-un boccale di vino tinto verano,(simile alla sangrìa)
Totale 29,20 euro
Soddisfatti? Oh sì…E’ tutto molto buono, il pane è super friabile e le patatine con bacon e cheddar sono favolose. I montaditos dolci? Semplicemente sublimi!
E così, dopo un ricchissimo aperitivo e la pancia che scoppia, ci si concede una lunga passeggiata per le viuzze di Ponte Milvio…e ci si sente subito meno in colpa!
Ps. Volete fare una follia infrasettimanale? Andate da 100 Montaditos di mercoledì e con l’euromania, il prezzo di ogni piatto è bloccato ad 1 euro…C’è ancora più gusto, non credete?
