Siete alla ricerca di una ricetta semplice per barrette energetiche fatte in casa? Oggi ho deciso di condividere con voi il mio cavallo di battaglia. Utilizzo questa ricettina da molto tempo, mi diverto a creare mix di frutta secca sempre diversi e poi quando ho voglia di uno snack più goloso aggiungo il cioccolato fondente all’interno del mix oppure creo una base cioccolatosa degna di nota.
Di seguito vi inserisco gli ingredienti e il procedimento veramente facile…
Ingredienti per circa 8 barrette:
•130 gr di fiocchi di avena
•100 ml di miele liquido
•1 cucchiaino di burro di arachidi 🥜 (potete sostituirlo aggiungendo un altro cucchiaino di miele)
•2 cucchiaini di olio semi di girasole
•2 cucchiaini di semi di sesamo
•2 cucchiaini di cocco rapè (opzionabili)
•100 gr di frutta secca a scelta
Nelle barrette che vi mostro in questo video tutorial ho inserito mirtilli rossi, noci e noci pecan, mandorle, arachidi e pistacchi e vi assicuro che sono un portento!!!
Procedimento:
•Pesate i fiocchi di avena e metteteli in una ciotola.
•Pesate la frutta secca (realizzate il mix che più vi sfizia)tagliate tutto a pezzettini e poi inserite nella ciotola insieme ai 2 cucchiaini olio di semi di girasole, 2 cucchiaini di cocco rapè (se vi piace), 2 cucchiaini di semi di sesamo, 100 gr di miele e 1 cucchiaino di burro di arachidi (potete sostituirlo con un altro cucchiaino di miele).
•Con una cucchiaia di legno amalgamate per bene. Il composto dovrà risultare appiccicoso e compatto.
•Ora foderate una piccola teglia con carta forno.
•Rovesciate il composto, distribuitelo in maniera omogenea all’interno e infornate a 180 o per 20 minuti circa (controllate sempre la cottura perché dipende dal forno).
•Gli ultimi 3 minuti cuocete in modalità grill.
•La cottura é completa quando vedrete la superficie caramellata.
•Sfornate e lasciate freddare qualche minuto su una griglia.
•Poi ungete la lama di un coltello e tagliate le vostre barrette a quadrotti o rettangoli.
Semplice, no?!
❤️L’idea in più che vorrei darvi è quella di confezionarle con della carta forno (che poi riutilizzeremo♻️), impacchettatele con del nastro di stoffa ed aggiungete un’etichetta per indicare la data di “produzione” e gli ingredienti.
